Mixed media (bales, projected light, gobo)

This site-specific installation is inspired by the term ‘Harvest Moon’ and the romantic images the phrase evokes.  Munro, who resides in Wiltshire, notes that “living in the country piques one’s awareness of the seasonal calendar and how it affects the landscape.”  Employing 20 cylindrical bales of hay scattered through the Aviary Glade at Waddesdon Manor as canvases for light, Munro’s visual pun yields a bumper crop of moons.
